Unlike other online directories and rating websites, Frienguide doesn't just put every business in and allow anyone to say whatever they want about them.

All businesses complete their own registration.

Validity Badge, Referrals, Ratings, and Reviews

The Validity Badge is based on the Merchant's engagement and activity.

Members see the number of times that a Merchant has been referred by a Member to one of their Friends (you can also see people you know who have referred the Merchant).

The Merchant chooses whether their Item Listings can be rated/reviewed. If they choose to allow them, Members can see the total number and the Merchant's average rating.

Every listing is reviewed by Frienguide staff.

Only members can submit reviews.

Businesses are empowered to manage their reviews.
